Refund Policy

Our refund policy lasts 30 days from the time of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange on any purchase.

Several types of services provided by HyperAscent are exempt from being returned.

These services include:

  • Marketing services
  • Survey and audience testing services

As these services are digital and begin delivery immediately after the order is received, they cannot be refunded. In the case that the service could not begin delivery due to issues with your submitted material, your account will automatically be credited for the value of the order.

By submitting a campaign, you warrant that all information submitted is correct and as you wish it to appear on your campaign. Refunds and platform credits cannot be granted due to errors in information submitted by customers.

If you have a question or concern regarding any campaign created on our platform, our support team should be contacted at immediately.

Platform and/or account credits can be refunded for the value of the unused amount remaining on your account, as long as the request is received within 30 days of their purchase. Any promotional or other bonuses applied to the initial deposit are deducted from the amount refunded.

To complete your refund request, we require an electronic receipt or proof of purchase.

If your refund request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
